United States Naval Academy graduate with a degree in Systems Engineering and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business. Ryan is a former Submarine Officer in the United States Navy who has led and managed large teams and programs valued at more than $50 million. Ryan also worked at Fortune 500 companies Corning Cable Systems and Duke Energy.
Paul Sameit – President & Chief Financial Officer
United States Naval Academy graduate who holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business. Paul is a former Test-Pilot in the United States Navy and has 20+ years of combined military and civilian flying experience. With multiple jet aircraft type-ratings and extensive flight time in corporate aircraft including Cessna Citation Jets and Embraer light-jets, Paul is a very experienced aviation professional.
Eric Legvold – Director of Operations & Chief Operating Officer
Seasoned aviator and manager with 19+ years of professional aviation experience. Eric has more than 13 years of experience flying corporate business jets, extensive operational expertise and industry knowledge. Eric holds multiple jet aircraft type-ratings and has thousands of hours of flight time in Cessna Citation Jets, Gulfstreams and other midsize and super midsize business jets.
Scott Voglesonger – Chief Pilot & Director of Safety
Scott has over 16 years of experience in the aviation industry. He is a United States Naval Academy graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. As a former United States Navy Fleet Instructor Pilot and Aviation Safety Officer, Scott has invaluable experience managing complex aviation operations. Scott holds multiple jet aircraft type-ratings in aircraft ranging from mid and super mid-size Cessna Citation Jets to the Boeing 737. In addition to his aviation expertise, Scott has solid business experience and has held management positions at two Fortune 500 companies, Florida Rock Industries and Vulcan Materials.
Ronald Dietz, II – Director of Maintenance
Ron has 10+ years of aviation experience and began his career with a major commercial airline before moving into corporate aviation. His technical expertise, attention to detail and management / organization skills allow him to provide the highest quality service and ensure safety. Ron holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate and has an Associate’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. Ron has worked as a manager for many years and is a key member of our Safety Counsel.
Julie Layne – Director of Charter
Julie has more than 25 years of experience in Management, Customer Service, Trip Planning, Quoting, Scheduling and Dispatching for Charter Operators and Fortune 200 Corporate Flight Departments.
