Unlike most, our initial consultations consist of listening and explaining some very fundamental aviation concepts that are frequently unknown or “overlooked”. Surprisingly, many so-called “aviation experts”, a large portion of which do not operate aircraft, simply don’t know what they don’t know. These entities are all-too-often not familiar with the myriad details and complexities of implementing an aviation program in the real-world. The calculations might look good on paper; however it is the aircraft operator who is responsible for successfully implementing solutions and managing this complex, expensive asset for the long-term.

Safety
Jetpool is a worldwide leader in safety. We have passed rigorous onsite audits and hold the following safety certifications: IS-BAO, AR/GUS Gold+ and Wyvern. We focus first and foremost on safety and employ a second-to-none Safety Management System (SMS) that is not mandated by the FAA, but that we chose from the outset to implement and use ourselves. Our flight crews attend extensive, ongoing training programs that surpass FAA and industry standards. All of our pilots hold FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificates and must meet stringent flight time and experience requirements.
Transparency
“Open-book, pass-thru pricing” aligns our interests with yours at a cost that is LESS than “do-it-yourself”. Direct operating costs (DOC‟s) are passed straight to the client and are auditable, at will, anytime. You can see exactly what each trip costs and that your bill matches that cost – no hidden surprises! There are no hidden fees or markups (i.e. fuel-surcharges), ever.

Short-term, “cancel for any reason, anytime” contracts incentivize us to resolve problems while providing the highest level and quality of service.
